The route to Gasherbrum II, the world’s thirteenth‑highest peak, follows the same approach used for K2 and Broad Peak base camps. From Concordia—where several major glaciers converge—the Abruzzi and Gasherbrum Glaciers provide access to the famous Gasherbrum cluster of peaks and common base camp for Gasherbrum I and II.
